FOM/IT Spirit Day Social Media Contest

Represent your Community Health Center vibrantly and proudly by wearing your health center's unique swag at this year’s FOM/IT Spirit Day, happening Monday, October 28 thru Tuesday, October 29!  

Participation is simple – here’s what you need to do:

• Post a photo from your personal or organizational account on the social media channel of your choice – LinkedIn, X, Facebook, or Instagram (Note: Make sure your social media stream is public, not private).
• Include the #FOMIT24 hashtag in your post and tag @NACHC !

Submit your photos by Tuesday, October 29 at 4:30 p.m. (PT) / 7:30 p.m. (ET).

You or your organization will have a chance of winning one of three Visa Gift Cards:

• First Place: $200 Visa eGift Card
• Second Place: $100 Visa eGift Card
• Third Place: $50 Visa eGift Card

Winner Selections: In addition to receiving their eGift card, winners will be featured on NACHC’s social media platforms! We will reach out directly to winners through the same social media platform where they submit their photos.
