Session Description: In 2024, HRSA and ONC launched the Uniform Data System Plus (UDS+) modernization program and began testing vendors and sites using the HRSA Fast Healthcare Implementation Resources (FHIR) Implementation Guide for UDS+. In this session, hear regulatory and program updates, review the results of 2024 test cohorts and obtain best practices from health center organizations on the best way to succeed in UDS+ reporting.

This session will review updated content for UDS and UDS+ reporting as defined by HRSA and ONC and offer review of testing and other guidance materials that seek to assist health centers in timely preparation for 2025 reporting.

  • Describe what health centers are required to do to report to HRSA on UDS and UDS+ in 2025
  • Locate and use testing tools and content from HRSA, ONC, NACHC and the UDS+ Testing Collaborative (UTC)
  • Engage with data quality best practices that support quality measurement and value-based care, poising health centers for highly successful participation.
